for Predictable Commodity Trade
Before Fumiable, we were already operating at the front line of fumigation and commodity trade.
We are a cross-continent pest control and fumigation operator with an active presence in Germany, Malaysia, and Singapore. Over the years, our teams have delivered complex, high-precision fumigation work across demanding environments where outcomes must be measurable, repeatable, and compliant.
In Germany, we run large-scale operations that support key European shipping routes. In Malaysia, our work supports the cocoa supply chain at scale handling over 300,000 metric tons of cocoa beans annually.
This experience shaped a clear realization: the next level of performance isn’t achieved by doing more treatment. It’s achieved by removing uncertainty from the system.
That is why we built Fumiable.
Our Background
Fumiable® was not conceived as a packaging brand, but as a response to real-world operational challenges. While managing large-scale fumigation environments, we identified that sack structure directly influenced gas penetration, moisture retention, and overall treatment effectiveness. No matter how advanced the fumigant, packaging remained a limiting factor.
This discovery led to the development of a woven system designed to maintain airflow while improving structural durability and production scalability.
Engineering Development
DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVE
Retain the breathability associated with jute while achieving the strength, stability, and recyclability of engineered polypropylene.
Key refinements included:
• Controlled weave configuration for predictable permeability
• Structural reinforcement to prevent fraying
• Dimensional consistency for stacking and export handling
• Compatibility with automated manufacturing
The result is the Fumiable PP Bag — a scalable, machine-compatible system designed for regulated export environments.
Intellectual Property
Fumiable is protected under international patent applications filed through the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT).
The system is designed, licensed, and governed by its rights-holding entity, ensuring traceability, compliance integrity, and enforceable intellectual property protection. Regional operations support execution and industry collaboration.
Fumiable is not positioned as a traditional sack manufacturer.
It is a packaging engineering platform focused on reducing variability at the packaging level within modern commodity trade.
