Yes – printing is supported, but only within the top and bottom zones of the stripe lamination area.

Yes – Fumiable bags are dimensionally compatible with standard 60 – 65 kg jute sack formats and can integrate seamlessly into current handling, stacking, and fumigation systems without modification.

Yes, Fumiable is developed and under license of KYCZ Pte Ltd (Singapore) and produced through qualified contract manufacturers in accordance with internationally recognized standards for food-contact packaging. This design complies with the EU 2022 MOSH/MOAH Directive, ISO9001 Quality Management System. Additionally, all production samples have undergone third-party validation by SGS against relevant ISO and ASTM test parameters, including ISO13934, ISO13938 and ASTM D737.

Yes. All polymer grades, additives, and lamination layers used in Fumiable comply with EU regulation No. 10/2011 (Plastics in Contact with Food), the US FDA CFR Title 21 §177.5, and the latest EU 2022 MOSH/MOAH Directive. This ensures suitability for direct or indirect contact with agricultural commodities intended for food use.

Yes. We offer commodity-specific configuration. For e.g., cocoa / coffee, rice / pulses, cashew / palm kernels.

Bags should be stored under shade, away from direct sunlight and excessive moisture. Avoid dragging across rough surfaces. When stored correctly, Fumiable maintains performance for 24 months from manufacturing date.

Fumiable bags are securely compressed and strapped in export-ready bundles for efficient handling and container loading. Each bundle is stretch-wrapped, labeled with a unique batch code (UBC).

Bundles are typically strapped with 3 polypropylene bands at the top, middle, and bottom.
For a 40-foot FCL container dry, Fumiable G3A fits 2 rows x 28 columns. (When viewed top-down), and stacks up for 9 heights – fitting a total of 252 bundles weighing 17.65 MT.

Currently, Fumiable are available from either Keelong Port, Taiwan, or Port of Rijeka, Croatia.

Used Fumiable sacks should be collected and stored neatly at a single designated location, free from contamination by other non-Fumiable or mixed polymer mtaterials. To support our circular economy initiative, KYCZ Pte. Ltd. can arrange collection or buy-back of post-use Fumiable sacks through our authorized partners. Collection terms and pricing will be determined upon contact and site-specific evaluation.

All Fumiable bags are covered by a standard 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the date of delivery. This warranty applies strictly under normal usage and storage conditions, and in accordance with KYCZ Pte. Ltd.’s standard Terms and Conditions of Sale. Claims must be supported with batch identification number (UBN) and relevant documentation for verification.
